Event Information
What time do gates open?
Gates open at 5:30pm.
What time does the show start?
Artist stage times will be confirmed closer to the event date, however the evening is expected to run broadly as follows:
Support Act – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Scott Mills DJ Set – 7:15pm – 8:15pm
Ibiza Symphonica Main Show – 8:30pm – 10:15pm
What time does the concert finish?
The event is expected to finish at approximately 10:15pm.
When is the last entry to the event?
Last entry to the event is 8:30pm.
Age Policy
Is the event age restricted?
While we recommend this event being most suitable for ages 14+ it is open to all ages.
Do children need tickets?
Yes. All attendees require a valid ticket regardless of age.
Do children need to be accompanied?
Yes. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
If I have a grandstand ticket, can I stand in the General Admission area?
No. Ticket-holders will only be able to access the section they have booked. All attendees will be able to access the Food & Drink Village.
Can i upgrade my standard ticket to vip?
If you would like to upgrade your ticket to the Pol Roger VIP Garden please call or visit the Harrogate Theatre Box Office and they will organise this for you (subject to availability).
Ticket Types & Seating
The event offers several ticket options:
• General Admission Standing – standing on the grass arena close to the stage
• Grandstand Seating – allocated covered seating with elevated views
• Pol Roger VIP Garden – premium standing area with casual seating and luxury facilities
• Pol Roger VIP Suites – private hospitality boxes
Are grandstand seats allocated?
Yes. Grandstand seating is fully allocated.
Is the Pol Roger VIP Garden seated or standing?
The VIP Garden is primarily standing, but there will be casual seating areas available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I move between ticket areas?
No. Guests may only access the area associated with their ticket type. All ticket types have access to the Food & Drink Village
If I have a grandstand ticket, can I stand in the General Admission area?
What do I get with a Pol Roger VIP Garden ticket?
No. Grandstand ticket holders must remain within the grandstand seating area.
Pol Roger VIP Garden tickets offer an enhanced concert experience with access to a dedicated hospitality area close to the stage.
VIP Garden guests will enjoy:
• Dedicated VIP entrance at Blue Gate for quicker access to the event
• Access to the Pol Roger VIP Garden, a premium viewing area with a more relaxed capacity
• Front of stage left viewing area within the VIP section
• Private indoor bar serving drinks throughout the evening
• Elevated food and drink offerings from our partners at Tap & TukTuk, Pol Roger and Masons of Yorkshire
• Casual seating and umbrellas within the garden area for relaxing during the event with pop up bars and Pol Roger Champagne Lounge (available on a first-come, first-served basis)
• Access to luxury toilet facilities
The VIP Garden provides a comfortable and sociable environment to enjoy the concert while still being close to the atmosphere of the main arena.
Pol Roger VIP Suites
What do Pol Roger VIP Suites include?
VIP Suites offer an elevated hospitality experience including:
• Exclusive Private Parking and Drop off Area (at the Pavillions of Harrogate)
• Dedicated buggy from the private drop off/parking area to your private Suite check in.
• Gazebo suite with seating and tables
• Private fenced viewing area in front of the suite
• Waitress service within your suite
• A Welcome glass of Pol Roger Champagne and welcome Canapés by Rhubarb Harrogate
Can guests from other areas join my suite?
Guests with Pol Roger VIP Garden tickets may be invited into your suite.
Guests holding General Admission or Grandstand tickets cannot access VIP Suites.
How do I book a VIP Suite?

Food & Drink
Will food be available at the event?
Yes. A selection of food traders will be available throughout the venue.
Will there be bars?
Yes. Bars will be available across the venue including General Admission, Grandstand and VIP areas.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
No outside food, drink or alcohol may be brought into the venue.
Will water be available?
Free drinking water will be available around the venue.
What food is available in VIP areas?
VIP guests will have access to an exclusive tapas menu and drinks menu from Harrogate's Tap & TukTuk, alongside exclusive offerings from Pol Roger and Masons of Yorkshire. VIP guests are also welcome to visit the general food areas.
Bags & Items
Are bags allowed?
Small bags are permitted.
Is there a bag size limit?
Yes. Bags must be no larger than A4 size.
Will bag searches take place?
Bag checks will be in operation at the entrance. Security staff may conduct searches as a condition of entry. Please allow extra time for these checks.
What items are prohibited?
The following items are not permitted:
• Outside alcohol, food or drink.
• Illegal substances
• Flares, fireworks or smoke devices
• Laser pens
• Drones
• Large bags
• Weapons of any kind
Security reserves the right to refuse entry where necessary.
Picnic Rugs & Chairs
Can I bring a picnic rug or chair?
Yes. Picnic rugs and low chairs are permitted but only in designated areas in the General Admission area and the Pol Roger VIP Garden
They will not be allowed close to the stage or in crowded viewing areas for safety and visibility reasons.
Weather
Will the event go ahead if it rains?
Yes. The event will take place rain or shine.
Are umbrellas allowed?
Small collapsible handheld umbrellas are permitted.
Should I bring a poncho?
Ponchos are recommended in the event of wet weather.
Travel & Parking
Is parking available?
Yes. Free event parking will be available.
All vehicles should enter via Railway Road from Wetherby Road (at the Sainsbury’s traffic lights) and follow event signage.
Is there a drop-off point?
Yes. Taxi and vehicle drop-offs will take place near Blue Gate. All vehicles should enter via Railway Road from Wetherby Road
Where is the pick-up point after the event?
All taxis and vehicle pick-up drivers should enter via Railway Road from Wetherby Road. They will then be directed to the Pavilions of Harrogate car park which is the pick up point. Cars may not enter through the pavillions of Harrogate entrance on Wetherby road as this will be exit only.
Public Transport
Several bus routes stop within a 5–10 minute walk of the venue, including:
• Bus 8 – Harrogate / Knaresborough / Wetherby
• Bus S8 – Starbeck / Hookstone / Harrogate
• Bus 7 – Leeds / Wetherby / Harrogate
The nearest train stations are:
• Hornbeam Park
• Harrogate Station
Pedestrian Access
Pedestrian access to the event will be via:
• Hookstone Trail (near St John Fisher School - Opposite Oatlands Drive
Pedestrian access will not be available from Wetherby Road.
After the event, guests may also exit on foot through the Pavilions of Harrogate onto Wetherby Road. This is only for event departure NOT ARRIVAL
Accessibility
Will accessible parking be available?
Yes. Blue Badge parking will be available in the Blue Gate car park.
Will there be accessible toilets?
Yes.
Are wheelchair spaces available?
A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available.

Do carers receive free tickets?
Yes. Wheelchair spaces include a free carer ticket.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
Tickets will be refunded from the point of purchase.
Security & Entry
Can I leave and re-enter the event?
No. Re-entry is not permitted.
Miscellaneous
Can I bring a camera?
Yes. Small personal cameras and recording devices are allowed. Professional photography or filming equipment, including large cameras, large detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, drones or equipment intended for commercial use, is not permitted.
Will there be merchandise?
No official merchandise will be sold at this event.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Yes, in outdoor areas.
Are dogs allowed?
Is the line up subject to change
Only assistance dogs are permitted. This includes guide dogs, hearing dogs and other trained assistance dogs. Pets and emotional‑support animals are not allowed. Assistance dogs do not need to wear a specific harness or have formal certification. Our team may ask what tasks the dog is trained to perform
We fully expect the advertised line-up to perform as scheduled. However, artists may occasionally be unable to appear due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, travel disruption or other unforeseen events. In these rare situations the event organisers reserve the right to amend the line-up and schedule where necessary. Where possible, suitable replacement artists may be added.
What should I wear?
Ibiza Symphonica takes place outdoors on the grass arena of the Great Yorkshire Showground. We recommend comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Evenings can become cooler later in the night, so bringing an extra layer is advisable.
Will there be medical facilities on site?
Yes. Professional medical teams will be present on site throughout the event. If you require assistance during the evening please speak to the nearest steward or security member.
Lost property
What happens if I lose something at the event?
Lost property enquiries can be sent to enquiries@eventscentre.co.uk after the event.
Will the event be photographed or filmed?
Yes. Ibiza Symphonica may be photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the event you consent to your image potentially being used in future event marketing materials.
Will traders accept cash or card?
Food and drink traders at the event will be card payment only.
As the event nears some of the above infomation may alter so please check back before attending for the most up to date information.
